Role Description
This contract role of Lead Data Engineer is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining data pipelines, implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, managing data warehouses, and developing scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective data-driven decision-making and ensure data accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Data Engineering, including proficiency in building and managing efficient data pipelines
Experience with Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to structure and optimize large datasets
Proficient in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and related tools
Proven skills in Data Analytics, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
