Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Graphic Designer, based on-site in Peace River, AB. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print projects, aligning with brand guidelines and project requirements. The day-to-day tasks include designing marketing materials, creating graphics for social media and websites, collaborating with team members on creative concepts, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role also involves adhering to deadlines and contributing to innovative design solutions for various projects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to create original and creative graphic solutions for marketing and branding
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
Experience in digital and print media design, including preparing files for print production
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Knowledge of web design, multimedia, or animation tools is a plus
