Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will assist customers in finding the right vehicles to meet their needs by offering in-depth product knowledge and support throughout the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, demonstrating vehicle features, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in product knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain features and benefits
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and tailor recommendations
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
Experience in sales and familiarity with sales processes and strategies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an asset but not required
