Beta Software Solution is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines, controlling scope, and ensuring successful delivery of company initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee project lifecycles
Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
Develop timelines and manage project schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
Track progress and adjust plans as needed
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate status updates to leadership
Ensure project documentation is accurate and current
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in project management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Professional accountability and time management
Preferred Experience:
Remote team management
SaaS or technology industry background
Agile or PMP certification
Process optimization experience
