An opportunity has become available for a Sale Manager to join our Material Handling business unit. We are seeking a driven professional for developing and executing sales strategies of the business units spanning multiple regions and market spaces.

What we are looking for:
Develop and implement long-term sales strategies and tactics under the guidance of the VP of Sales.
Drive a team of sales professionals to meet annual sales targets.
Coach the sales team to develop young leaders.
Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
3+ years of B2B experience. (Similar or related industry is considered an asset).
Ability to travel across Canada, and occasionally to the United States to attend OEM training and industry events (Valid driver's license required).
