Who We're Looking For
We are growing our National Sales team and seeking an experienced Dealer Development Managers (Regional Sales) who understands the automotive landscape and brings established dealership relationships within the following areas:
Greater Toronto Area West (Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara)
Ontario West (Milton to Windsor corridor)
Nova Scotia / Newfoundland
British Columbia – Island
British Columbia – Interior / North
Quebec South (South shore including Quebec City and surrounding regions)
Saskatchewan

What You Will Do
Develop and expand SecureDrive's presence within independent and franchise dealerships across your territory
Prospect strategically to identify new partnership opportunities
Conduct consultative meetings to assess dealer needs and align solutions
Win new contracts in competitive environments through value-based selling
Grow production within existing accounts through strong relationship management
Execute structured territory plans and maintain a healthy pipeline
This is a new-business-driven role. Success is measured by contracts signed, production, and growth.

Consistent daily prospecting and pipeline creation
Contracts won against established competitors
Sustained contract count and revenue growth
Full ownership of territory performance
Minimal supervision; maximum output

What We Offer
The compensation range for this position is $95, ,000 + commission.
Hybrid work model. This role will be mostly on the road and require travel throughout.
