Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Lloydminster, Alberta. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and proactively identifying customer needs. They will perform sales activities, oversee order management, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities include driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer service
Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, or Agriculture industries is a strong asset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
