Location: The Gardens at Orangeville – Orangeville, PA
The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisor, ensuring our residents receive compassionate and professional support.
Pay
Base Rate: $28.13-$29.63 per hour (based on experience)
Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour
Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour
Weekend Shift Differential: +$5.00 per hour
Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate.
Shifts Available
Full-Time and Part-Time:
7am - 3pm
3pm - 11pm
11pm - 7:30am
PRN
Responsibilities
Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under RN supervision.
Provide basic medical care, including changing dressings, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
Monitor residents’ health, document observations, and communicate changes promptly to nursing leadership.
Promote a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
