Mid-Level Systems Administrator
to join our Kontron family! You will be instrumental in setting up, configuring, maintaining, and documenting all hardware and software related to servers, virtual environments, networks, and applications, under the guidance of the Director of Information Technology. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and managing Windows servers, as well as Hyper-V and VMWare environments. Expert management of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and global policies. Implementing and maintaining Office 365 tools and applications. Configuring and maintaining Fortinet Firewall, including VPNs, routing, and network access. Efficiently managing network IP addressing, VLANs, and network protocols. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly. Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MFA tools. Effectively handling Helpdesk tickets and providing user support. Qualifications: Associate degree in a technical field is required; a BS or BA is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows Server 2016 & 2019, Exchange 2016, and Cisco or Fortinet firewalls. Solid understanding of Windows client operating systems and their deployment in network environments. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking topologies. A rational thinker capable of resolving technical problems related to networks and systems efficiently. Willingness to work on-site at least 4 days a week.
