An amazing opportunity has arisen within a leading National Uktop100 law firm for a Real Estate Solicitor.

A leading UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join its growing commercial property team. The firm is known for its progressive culture, entrepreneurial approach and ability to combine top-tier legal expertise with a genuinely collaborative working environment.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to work within one of the largest regional real estate practices outside London, advising a high-quality client base across investment, occupier and finance matters.

The work will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties and portfolios
• Landlord and tenant matters for institutional and private clients
• Property and asset management work
• Corporate support

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, support and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development both locally and nationally.

About You:

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Lawyer who:

• Has 4-8+ years' PQE in general commercial property work
• Has strong technical ability and sound commercial judgement
• Enjoys client contact and thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking team
• Is ambitious, proactive and looking to develop within a well-established national practice
