Sales Development Representative, Strategic Accounts
The mission of the Sales Development Representative is to expand Legion's business by actively prospecting into accounts and sharing the exceptional value our platform delivers. We are looking for someone with passion, drive, and strong business acumen to drive business for our growing Sales team while developing sales skills and accelerating the growth of an exciting company that enables the future of work for the 2.7 billion-person strong deskless workforce. The most critical deliverables include: Achieving monthly/quarterly quotas of leads sourced, meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated Pursuing marketing and partner-generated leads to qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team Partnering with the Marketing team to drive attendance to virtual and in person events Communicating Legion's unique value proposition to prospects and maintaining strong product knowledge Researching and identifying key contacts and actively calling and emailing prospects Maintaining accurate lead and activity history in Salesforce CRM Professional background and experience: 2 years of sales development prospecting experience for Saas company Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and overcoming objections Superior verbal and written communication skills Experience working with organizations over 5,000 employees Experience using modern sales tech stack: Salesforce, MixMax, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Zoom, Sendoso Personal attributes and values: Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and growth mindset Great collaborator with team mentality Desire to continue to learn and improve in role Proactive and able to command respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence Exceptional time management and organizational skills Continuous and thoughtful listener, ability to learn from prospects and leverage input Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character; demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior Compensation & benefits: Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 + Bonus + Stock Equity At Legion, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. As a fully remote employer, pay for positions is determined using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. Our posted salary range is done so in good faith based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. We strive to make competitive offers allowing employees room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position.
