We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, help match them with the right car, and ensure an outstanding dealership experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Build rapport and trust with every guestlisten actively to understand their needs. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. Conduct test drives and explain financing and aftermarket options. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about inventory. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Handle paperwork and sales processes accurately and efficiently. Foster a positive team environment with integrity and a strong work ethic. Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, proactive, and motivated to succeed. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
