Relationship Building Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners. Sales Presentations Presenting the Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel unique selling points and packages to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs. Account Management Managing existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase their spending. Contract Negotiation Negotiating contracts and rates with clients while ensuring profitability for the hotel. Revenue Forecasting Accurately forecasting sales revenue based on market trends and client activity. Sales Reporting Regularly reporting on sales performance, including key metrics like conversion rates and revenue generated. Market Analysis Staying updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Person Specification (Essential) Excellent Communication Skills

Understand the importance of Impeccable Hotel Guest Service and how to deliver it. Impeccable Attention to Detail. Analytical Skills. Excellent Organisational Skills. Strong Administration Skills with excellent Diary Management Skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to multi task. Incredibly proactive, likes to be creative and has autonomy in self-discipline, with a passion for sales and hunting for business. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and can-do attitude along with flexibility on working hours.
