We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. This position reports to the Financial Controller.

Your day-to-day
Prepare, coordinate, and supervise month-end closing and accounting cycle
Review transactions and prepare month-end financial analyses (monthly income statement analyses)
Support technicians, analysts, and AR specialists with analyses and estimates
Prepare supporting documentation for monthly financial reports (including schedules for balance sheet accounts)
Review VAT reports, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, intercompany transactions, commission reports, and exchange rate revaluations
Support the preparation of the annual local audit and quarterly reviews for all international companies
Prepare analysis of various ad hoc projects and other financial requests
Cooperate with other departments to improve procedures
Your Qualifications
Bilingual, 50% of the position is in English
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with a concentration in accounting
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
Even better
Knowledge of Netsuite software
Previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
Familiarity with Power Query
