Role Description
Crestview is seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead field teams and deliver electrical projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a supervisory, field-focused role that combines leadership, planning, and technical coordination to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, coordinating with clients, overseeing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, troubleshooting project challenges, and conducting evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate understands how multi-family or commercial construction projects come together, can anticipate challenges, and takes a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews and project staff.
Plan daily work to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
Ensure adequate labor, materials, and equipment are available on site.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking.
Prepare and manage change orders and scope adjustments.
Monitor WIP, cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and documentation.
Attend client, subcontractor, and general contractor meetings.
Oversee material ordering, inventory, and tool readiness.
Manage manpower planning and field communications.
Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and commissioning documents.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Red Seal Electrician certification.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum 2 years supervising multi-family or commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, practices, and procedures.
Ability to read drawings, plan work, and solve problems on site.
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between job sites.
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Strong computer skills.
Financial acumen.
Estimating experience.
