The Opportunity
Provident10 is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Reception and Office Administrator who takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience This role is ideal for someone who is excited to take ownership of shared spaces, and maintain an inviting, tidy, and well‑managed office. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the Reception & Office Administrator provides essential day-to-day support across the organization, managing the front desk, coordinating meetings and events, and overseeing key administrative and office operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all.
Your key activities will include:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience.
Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, mail and courier services, and meeting room bookings.
Coordinate internal and executive‑level meetings and events, including catering and on‑site logistics.
Support internal meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain shared office spaces (boardrooms, kitchens, common areas) to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Liaise with building management and service vendors and monitor office supplies and facilities needs.
Provide general administrative support while handling sensitive information with discretion.
What you'll bring to the role:
Completion of a post-secondary Administrative Program.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a relevant role
Exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills and the ability to build connections.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
The ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with moderate supervision.
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills
Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500
