Calian est à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire de contrats pour son équipe des Services de santé. Ce rôle orienté vers l'extérieur est responsable de la supervision de contrats de soins de santé de différentes tailles et complexités, assurant la satisfaction de la main-d'œuvre et des clients, la performance financière et l'excellence opérationnelle. Le poste est principalement à distance, avec préférence pour les candidats situés à Québec ou Montréal afin de faciliter les visites occasionnelles. Vous gérerez les budgets, les calendriers, les ressources humaines et les relations avec les clients tout en favorisant la croissance des contrats, l'amélioration des processus et la livraison dans les délais.
Responsabilités
Gestion et livraison des contrats
Assurer la satisfaction de la main-d'œuvre et des clients, le respect des contrats et les objectifs financiers.
Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients, développer des partenariats solides et résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
Suivre l'avancement, la qualité et la performance du travail sur les sites des clients.
Superviser budgets, flux de trésorerie, calendriers, ressources, facturation et approbation des feuilles de temps.
Soutenir le renouvellement des contrats, la fidélisation et les opportunités de croissance.
Soutien aux propositions et aux affaires
Participer aux examens de propositions, réunions sur les prix et réponses aux appels d'offres.
Identifier des opportunités d'expansion des contrats ou de revenus supplémentaires, en collaboration avec les ventes.
Amélioration des processus et contribution à l'équipe
Participer aux prévisions, aux budgets annuels et aux initiatives d'équipe.
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans la livraison des contrats et les processus internes.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les services divisionnaires (RH, Paie, Finances) pour faciliter la circulation de l'information.
Qualifications
Diplôme postsecondaire en santé, administration ou domaine connexe.
3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en administration de contrats, gestion de projet ou opérations dans le secteur de la santé.
Solide sens financier et maîtrise de Microsoft Office (y compris Project).
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles, en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
Orienté résultats, pensée stratégique et capacité à s'adapter aux priorités changeantes.
Bilinguisme (anglais/français).
Exigences supplémentaires
Poste à distance, de préférence basé à Québec ou Montréal.
Horaires flexibles et déplacements occasionnels (environ une fois par mois) vers deux sites situés au Québec.
Capacité à visiter les sites clients selon les besoins.

Position Overview
Calian is seeking a Contract Manager for our Health Services team. This outward-facing role oversees healthcare contracts of varying size and complexity, ensuring workforce and client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence. The position is primarily remote, with preference for candidates located in Quebec City or Montreal to support occasional on-site visits. You will manage budgets, schedules, human resources, and client relationships while driving contract growth, process improvements, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Contract Management & Delivery
Ensure contracts meet workforce satisfaction, client satisfaction, compliance, and financial performance targets.
Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong partnerships and addressing issues proactively.
Track progress, quality, and performance of work at client sites.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, schedules, resources, invoicing, and approval of timesheets.
Champion contract renewal, retention, and growth opportunities.
Proposal & Business Support
Support proposal reviews, pricing meetings, and RFP responses.
Identify opportunities to expand contract scope or add revenue, collaborating with Sales as needed.
Process Improvement & Team Contribution
Contribute to forecasts, annual budgets, and team initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements in contract delivery processes and internal procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and Divisional Services (HR, Payroll, Finance) to facilitate information flow.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in healthcare, business, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in contract administration, project management, or healthcare operations.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Project).
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven, strategic thinker, able to adapt to changing priorities.
Bilingualism (English/French).
Additional Requirements
Primarily remote work, preferably based in Quebec City or Montreal.
Flexible hours and occasional travel (about once per month) to two Quebec locations.
Ability to visit client sites as required.
Compensation
$80,000 – $95,000
