Yours truly Holistically is all about a holistic approach to supporting individuals. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various settings including preferably chronic illness, varied symptoms, disordered eating, etc. . This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with other practitioners such as registered orthomolecular practitioners, herbalist, naturopaths, functional medicine doctors and other healthcare or alternative medicine professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Duties
Conduct thorough health assessments for patients of all ages.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as JaneApp.
Perform medical tests as needed to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Manage cases effectively, particularly for patients with complex health issues.
Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care best practices.
Familiarity with medication administration protocols and laboratory procedures.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Experience with complex & chronic health conditions.
Experience with BHRT.
Must be open to working on a sliding scale once a month until funding is provided because we want to be accessible to all & offer support to all who need and want it.
