In a typical day, YOU will:
Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
Greet customers warmly and manage front desk inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Document and coordinate service requests, work orders, and technician schedules
Keep the branch organized, manage payments, deposits, recordkeeping, mail, and support day-to-day admin tasks
Provide reliable support to branch leadership through reporting, spreadsheets, and general office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure customers feel supported and valued
Must-haves for this role:
2+ years in a customer-facing role (service desk, admin, coordinator, dealership, hospitality, or retail leadership).
Strong ability to provide warm, polished, and professional customer interactions.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
Experience with work order or ERP systems and Microsoft Office/365.
Cash handling and High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Preferred
Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or technical service environments.
Exposure to warranty processes or parts coordination.
Knowledge of basic mechanical or industrial service terminology.
