The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Special Projects team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Management Team by coordinating maintenance and construction projects, managing schedules, and communicating with vendors and contractors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative and hands-on team. Your contributions will help ensure that projects run smoothly and administrative operations are well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support maintenance and construction projects, including scheduling, timelines, and task follow-up
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Maintain and update internal schedules, calendars, and project documentation with high accuracy
Generate reports and manage project-related data in internal systems
Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Required)
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Positive attitude, dependable, and collaborative team player
Availability Monday to Friday (from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
