The PIM Product Data Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate customer data completion that drives the successful activation of SureWerx products across our network of channel partners. This includes precise data entry related to general product information, specification attributes, digital assets, packaging details and more.
A self-starter with strong attention to detail, the coordinator takes pride in delivering flawless data accuracy and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. The role requires strong communication skills and diligent follow-up with both internal SureWerx teams and distributor partners to guarantee each product is fully and accurately represented in the digital space.
The coordinator manages the full lifecycle of external customer data requests, from capturing core item attributes to supporting new SKU onboarding, with a direct impact on sales revenue. This is a digitally focused role that supports product data syndication and activation across all customer channels.Success in this role includes developing proficiency of both the front and back‑end functions of the SureWerx PIM system and maintaining ongoing SKU data to ensure accuracy and relevance. The coordinator owns product activation and ongoing lifecycle support for .com pure play customers and serves as the PIM point of contact for key omni channel strategic partners.
Serving as a key member of the PIM team within the Digital eCommerce group, the PIM Product Data Coordinator will actively collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
The ideal candidate can be located close to one of our offices located in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Nisku, Alberta or Guelph Ontario. The position is hybrid with the expectation of working at the office location 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product attribute data collection and publication to support item setup and customer activation.
Use PIM and related internal systems to extract, maintain, and populate item data using customer‑specific templates and online platforms.
Partner with internal business units to collect and validate product data for new and existing skus.
Participate in content audits for key customer websites and support ongoing data quality and integrity efforts.
Support reporting needs, including recurring and ad hoc reports, while meeting established deadlines.
Identify and resolve data quality or operational issues, maintaining documentation and user guides as needed.
Collaborate with the PIM Manager to continuously improve product data processes and the PIM repository.
Support customer‑specific requirements for data submissions and syndication, working closely with sales and key account teams.
Assist with GDSN and syndication activities as the role evolves.
Perform item data management activities for company‑owned digital properties as needed.

A bachelor's degree in business information systems, marketing or a related field is required, or an associate degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience. (Marketing, data entry, sales administration, customer service) – we will also consider new graduates
Ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes.
Proficiency with computer software is required in this job, knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel at an Intermediate level proficiency.(Order entry/database knowledge, and experience with GDSN/1WorldSync, would be a plus).
Data management coordinators must be highly organized, possess keen attention to detail, in addition to having strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, inside sales and/or product data role is ideal.
The salary range for this position begins at $55,000
