We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics hub, ensuring efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. As a Warehouse Associate, you will participate in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Store and organize products within the warehouse, maintaining proper stock rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided tools and systems.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for powered equipment).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to strict Safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a focus on Safety and operational efficiency.
- Wear and use all required PPE consistently.
- Perform frequent Lifting and moving of packages and materials, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including consistent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics operations is beneficial.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
