We are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced logistics center in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. We are committed to creating a safe and productive work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical to your success. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and contribute to the smooth flow of our supply chain. This role demands physical stamina and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED.
