You will be responsible for unloading shipments, verifying contents against documentation, inspecting for damage, and accurately entering received items into our inventory system. Your diligence contributes directly to the integrity of our stock and the smooth flow of our logistics . We are committed to a secure workplace, with a strong emphasis on following all safety guidelines and utilizing appropriate PPE . This position requires physical activity, including regular lifting and moving of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming freight from various carriers.
- Verify received items against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, or shortages and report any issues immediately.
- Accurately record received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
