As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the quantity and condition of picked items.
- Transport picked items to the packing station efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
