Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Atlanta, Georgia! This role is fundamental to our logistics success, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock using RF scanners or order lists.
- Inspect items for quality and damage prior to packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and ensure items are packed securely and efficiently.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all required documentation is correctly affixed.
- Assist in receiving and stocking new inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
