Our growing logistics operation in San Jose, California, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a passion for fostering a productive and safe work environment. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for training new employees, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety regulations. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement within the distribution center. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. Regular lifting up to 60 lbs is expected, and strict adherence to PPE requirements is mandatory for all personnel to maintain a secure and safe logistics hub.
