Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Must be capable of regular lifting and moving of products.
- Support all aspects of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic safety practices in a logistics setting is important.
