Our Los Angeles, California facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to contribute to our bustling logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading, order picking, packing, and general warehouse maintenance. You'll be an integral part of ensuring the efficient movement of goods, upholding our high standards for accuracy and timeliness. This position demands physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established logistics procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety guidelines diligently.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and proper lifting techniques.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and wearing PPE.
