In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse functions, including picking and packing customer orders, preparing items for shipment, and receiving and stocking incoming inventory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders according to established procedures.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and check for damage.
- Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with accuracy checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical capability to perform the job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety regulations.
