Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your responsibilities will include locating items within the warehouse using scanning technology, carefully packing them according to specifications, and preparing them for shipment. This fast-paced position demands precision, speed, and a dedication to quality. You will play a crucial part in our logistics operation, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse stock based on order requirements.
  • Verify picked items against order lists and ensure product integrity.
  • Package items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
  • Conduct quality checks on orders and packaging materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and the correct use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product information.
  • Proficiency with handheld scanners is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
