Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Provo, Utah! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to perform a variety of warehouse tasks. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, supporting everything from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and loading outgoing shipments. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including adhering to all company policies, participating in safety training, and utilizing required PPE. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to perform lifting duties regularly, and possess excellent attention to detail. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will be expected to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and potentially other warehouse equipment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are important as you'll collaborate with other associates to meet daily targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
