We have an opening for a diligent Warehouse Associate at our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is crucial for our daily logistics and operations, involving a wide range of warehouse duties. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Teamwork and reliability are key attributes we seek in this role. Your efforts will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Place received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking as required.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
