Our Seattle, Washington facility is looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to become vital members of our logistics team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our distribution operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will operate within a high-volume distribution center and must be comfortable with physical demands. We prioritize Safety and efficiency in all our warehouse activities. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- A strong emphasis on Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime, as business needs dictate.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial.
