A strong understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to work independently are essential. The position requires individuals capable of significant Lifting and working within a dynamic Logistics setting. Responsibilities:
- Conducting cycle counts and full physical inventories accurately.
- Investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining precise inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitoring stock movement and identifying trends.
- Developing and enforcing inventory control policies and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements for inventory management.
- Ensuring proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory.
- Generating and presenting inventory reports to management.
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of inventory storage areas.
- Strictly adhering to all company Safety policies.
- Proper and consistent use of required PPE .
- Contributing to the smooth operation of our Logistics network.
- Capability of Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
