The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and possesses good hand-eye coordination. Key duties include:
- Picking customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Packing orders securely and accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Verifying order accuracy before shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Assisting with restocking shelves as needed.
- Understanding and following **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
