Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho! We are seeking motivated individuals to help us process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping finished orders. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong focus on detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service through accurate order processing. You'll be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and manifesting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent checking and reporting.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using scanning systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
