We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is central to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, selecting items from inventory, and carefully packing them to prevent damage during transit. Accuracy and speed are key, as is a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a critical team in our logistics network. We emphasize a strong culture of safety , and adherence to all PPE requirements is mandatory. The role involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting and bending.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure all orders are correctly labeled for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet order fulfillment targets.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and use designated PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and inventory checks.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is beneficial. Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Capacity for frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs). Dexterity for packing and handling various products. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of PPE . Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
