We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in the entire order fulfillment cycle, from receiving goods to dispatching completed orders. Your primary responsibilities will involve picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that every order is accurate and meets our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure order protection.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring a professional presentation.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and conveyors.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety and handling protocols.
- Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
