We are seeking energetic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Regularly perform lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and order information.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Experience with logistics and order fulfillment processes.
