Become an Order Picker at our bustling warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for packing and shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Read order pick tickets and accurately locate specified items.
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves using scanning devices or manual lists.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Conduct basic quality checks on picked items.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
