Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling of products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all **safety** protocols and wear required **PPE**.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of materials, adhering to safe manual handling guidelines.
- Support the overall **logistics** flow of the warehouse by completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Report any **safety** hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to wear **PPE**, such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory control is advantageous.
