Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and movement. A strong understanding of logistics processes and a commitment to safety, including the correct use of PPE and employing safe lifting techniques, are essential.
