Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory items.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately and promptly.
- Maintain precise inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular physical inventories and provide reports.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed to ensure proper stock location.
- Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness, particularly in inventory storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to improve inventory accuracy and logistics flow.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Effective communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
