Join our leading logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to manage a variety of tasks within our expansive warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing inbound shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, demanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to productivity. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and order lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and staging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently and standing/walking for extended shifts.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
