We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders within our distribution center. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order lists and digital requests. You will utilize scanning technology to track inventory and manage order progress, making precision and efficiency key components of this role. The position requires the ability to **Lifting** and maneuvering various items, as well as working within a fast-paced **logistics** environment. Our company prioritizes **safety**, and adherence to all **safety** protocols and the mandatory use of **PPE** is expected from all employees. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets and scanner data.
- Verify item accuracy and quantity before staging.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of picking areas.
- Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Strictly follow all **safety** guidelines and wear assigned **PPE**.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to **Lifting** and carrying products of varying weights.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace **safety** and proper **PPE** compliance.
