Seeking a diligent Picker/Packer for our Houston, Texas facility! This role is key to our efficient order fulfillment process. You will be tasked with accurately selecting items from inventory, meticulously packing them for safe transit, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. Success in this position requires keen attention to detail, speed, and the ability to handle tasks that involve regular Lifting . We are committed to a safe working environment, and all employees must follow comprehensive Safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations using order documents or scanning equipment.
- Perform quality checks on picked items for accuracy and damage.
- Pack orders using appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for the shipping department.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Keep the packing station and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Comply with all established Safety regulations.
- Wear designated PPE at all times in the warehouse.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper picking procedures.
- Support the efficient operations of our Logistics department.
- Ability to perform Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies.
