Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse stock based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition before packaging.
- Pack products securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply correct labels and documentation to outgoing packages.
- Verify order contents against pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other moving equipment.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
Requirements:
- Experience in order picking and packing, or similar warehouse role.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with scanning technology is a plus.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a logistics setting is beneficial.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
