Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate at our Boise, Idaho facility! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** success, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow strict **safety** guidelines and utilize **PPE**. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Key duties include:

Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
Stocking merchandise in designated locations.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
Assisting with inventory counts.
Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.

This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent **lifting** of up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and bending/squatting.
