Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for the packing and shipping departments.
- Operate order picking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and utilize required PPE.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists or digital orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse functions.
- Commitment to safety and correct use of PPE.
